Crocheted Snowman in Ushanka Hat – Amigurumi Pattern

Difficulty level: Intermediate
According to this pattern, you can crochet a snowman wearing an aviator-style hat (ushanka).
For amigurumi, you can use any semi-cotton yarn such as YarnArt Jeans, Alize Cotton Gold, and others.
The hat trim is crocheted with Alize Softy yarn.
Decorate the belly with decorative buttons. Add blush to the cheeks.
Shoes and mittens are not removable.

Earflaps
Row 1: Skip 2 sc from the brim (see photo), join yarn, ch 2, 14 dc in front loops.
Row 2: ch 2, turn, 14 dc.
Continue working back-and-forth until Row 6 (14 dc in each).

Crochet slip stitches around the top of the hat (Round 14, where you worked in back loops) through front loops only.
Trim the hat edges with Alize Softy yarn.
For the ties, make a chain of 50 ch and sew to the earflaps.
Scarf
Row 1: ch 90
Row 2: ch 2, 90 dc
Row 3: ch 2, 90 dc
Fasten off and secure the thread.
