Cross Stitch Hub gives you access to a rich library of curated patterns, seasonal and holiday designs, landscapes, animals, floral motifs, cozy home décor, and more. You’ll also find themed collections, magazines, and helpful stitch guides — all organized for every skill level.

With the Free plan, you get access to a limited selection of categories from the Cross Stitch Hub — enough to explore and enjoy, with no expiration.
The Premium plan unlocks the entire library: all categories, exclusive themed collections, advanced tutorials, and continuous updates.

New content is added weekly.
Fresh patterns, inspiring articles, and creative ideas are added throughout the week—from Monday to Sunday. Categories that receive new materials are marked with a green +NEW label in the title list. These labels reset every Sunday evening to reflect the start of a new week.

Each category displays a number showing how many files are available (e.g., “Floral é botanical patterns (100)”). When new files are added, you’ll see “Floral & botanical patterns (100+10),” meaning 10 new files. New files always appear at the top, and the total is updated monthly.

Most materials are view-only on the site to protect designers’ work. A limited selection may be downloadable. Screenshots for personal use are allowed; redistribution is not permitted.

To cancel your subscription, follow these simple steps:

1. Log in and go to My Account → Subscriptions.

2. Find your active plan and click Cancel.

3. Confirm the cancellation in the new window.

You’ll retain access to your current plan until the end of the billing cycle.

You might also see a button labeled “Abandon” — this is for users who haven’t completed their subscription setup. Clicking “Abandon” simply clears the incomplete process and has no effect on active subscriptions.

If you want to switch to a new plan, please note the following:

1. Wait until your current subscription status shows Expired (or you see the “Subscribe” button).

2. Go to Pricing → Choose Your Plan.

3. Select the new plan you want and click Subscribe.

4. Complete the payment to activate your new subscription.

Important: Switching plans mid-cycle will close your current subscription immediately, and you will need to pay for the new plan in full. To make the most of your subscription, we recommend switching only after your current plan expires.

If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the content until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, you will no longer be able to view or download subscriber-exclusive materials. However, any patterns or resources you’ve downloaded prior to cancellation will remain yours.

Click on “Forgot Password?” on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions. If the email doesn’t appear, be sure to check your spam folder. Still having trouble? Feel free to contact us!

Subscriptions are intended for individual use only. Sharing your login details with others is against our terms of service and may result in the termination of your subscription. However, gift subscriptions are available if you’d like to purchase a subscription for someone else.
