Hearts and Snowflakes Blanket – Free knitting pattern

Materials:
- yarn: 500 g of red or burgundy cashmere and 500 g of white or beige cashmere
- for knitting – needles N°6 / for crochet – 6 mm hook
- yarn needle for sewing.
Description:
For knitting, work jersey stitch: Right side – knit / Wrong side – purl.
For crochet, work the turning rows with a simple (double-side) jacquard.
The blanket measures 1.15m * 1.45m, adjustable to your preference.
Start by knitting squares with different patterns, labeled A, B, C, D, E, F, G. Make five squares for each pattern. The border features hearts, 9 x 15 stitches, running along the length of the blanket.
In total, knit 35 squares following the patterns and add a heart border. Then, follow the scheme to stitch them together.
