Stuff the body. Next, make a frame for the arms: cut a piece of wire the length of two arms and the width of the body. Bend loops on both sides, wrap with tape. Bend according to the photo reference. Insert the wire into the arms and lightly stuff.
Continue crocheting the body, which will require some skill! If you prefer, you can omit the wire frame, simply stuffing the arms and attaching them by sewing or crocheting.

Assembly and Finishing Touches
When attaching the eyes and embroidering the face, insert and pull the thread from the base of the head. Secure and cut.
Position the eyes between Rounds 21 and 22, leaving 5 stitches between them for a happy or spooky ghost, or 3 stitches for a sad one. Tighten the eye area slightly when securing the threads to create a slight indentation for the eyes.
Embroider the nose with a few horizontal stitches, adjusting the thread for evenness. My ghosts have noses 2 stitches wide, located directly under the eyes. Choose the size of the nose based on your preference.
Embroider the mouth, eyelashes, and eyebrows.
Use dry pastel to blush the cheeks.
Sew the head to the body.
Bend the tails on the head and body.
Decorate as desired.
