YOU WILL NEED: Yarn (100% cotton; 90 m/50 g) – 50 g each of green, blue, navy, yellow, and pink; crochet hook No. 3.

Pattern: Make single crochets (sc) in rounds. Start each round with 1 additional initial chain (ch) and finish with 1 slip stitch (sl st) in the first sc of the round.

Color sequence: For 2 rounds * with navy, blue, green, pink, yellow, and green yarn, repeat from * continuously.

Crochet density: 21 stitches x 22 rounds = 10 x 10 cm.

WORK EXECUTION

With green yarn in a single strand, use crochet hook No. 3 to make 1 initial ch, work 6 sc into it, and close them in a ring with 1 sl st. Then crochet sc according to the color sequence.

1st round: Increase in every stitch = 12 sts.

2nd round: Increase in every 2nd stitch = 18 sts.

3rd round: Increase in every 3rd stitch = 24 sts.

4th round: Increase in every 4th stitch = 30 sts.

5th round: Increase in every 5th stitch = 36 sts.

39th round: Increase in every 8th stitch = 144 sts.

Rounds 41, 43, 45, and 47: Continue increasing logically = 208 sts.

Rounds 48-53: Crochet without increases and finish the work.

Assembly With green and pink yarn, make 1 chain each with a length of about 110 cm, wrap around the hat, and tie a bow.

Stretch the hat onto a suitable form, spray it with starch spray, and let it dry.
