YOU WILL NEED
- Yarn (100% cotton; 165 m/50 g) — 150 (200) 200 g of red;
- crochet hook No. 4;
- 3.70 m of green satin ribbon.
Patterns and Schemes
Main Pattern
The number of initial stitches must be a multiple of 9 + 2.
Crochet according to the scheme. Start with stitches before the repeat, and then continue the repeat along the row, finish with stitches after the repeat.
Execute rows 1-7 once, then repeat rows 4-7 continuously.

Gauge: 18 foundation chains x 8.75 rows = 10 x 10 cm.

WORK EXECUTION
Back
Make chain 74 (83) 92 + chain 3 for turning and crochet with the main pattern.
Finish the work after 40 cm = 35 rows from the starting row.
Front:Â Crochet as for the back.
Assembly: Make side seams.
For the straps, cut 4 pieces of satin ribbon each 90 cm long.
Thread 2 ribbons in parallel through the openings in the pattern. Start and finish approximately 13 cm above the bottom edge, with the straps positioned about 10 cm on either side of the center (check the location and length by fitting).
Sew the ribbon to the top edge of the top, making knots at the ends.
